FAIR
Sónar+D (Fira de Montjuïc)

Admission restricted to the public. Access by invitation
A space for professional connection between creators, software developers, producers and companies in the audiovisual and technology sectors.
A space for reflection, debate and exchange that will bring together international experts in AI and the audiovisual industry. During two hours they will address the challenges, opportunities and vectors of transformation of the audiovisual sector in the era of generative AI.
Participants will include filmmakers who are creating with AI; researchers in the field of AI creation; AI software developers for the audiovisual sector; jurists specializing in copyright; experts in ethics and emerging technologies; and producers and companies in the audiovisual sector.
FAIR is organized by Pompeu Fabra University, the Chair in Communication Futures and Sónar, with the collaboration of the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia.
The Communication Futures Chair will prepare, a posteriori, a report on trends, innovations and vectors of change in the sector (summary of the 2023 edition).
